Yes, it is in the daytime. After 9PM is 21 and older. Staurday and Sundays they sometimes do family events.

I went there for a "2nd Sunday" arts event. Everything was geared towards families. There were little kids up to great grandparents all there enjoying the live music and playing with the provided blocks, foam pieces and hula hoops. Definitely the most family friendly place I have been to in Vegas

Yes! They have two play spaces/structures for children. The open space might be better for the obe year old while the three year old will have a lot of fun on the bigger, gated off play structure. Restaurants arent super kid friendly but accommodating enough
