Try again one more time if that dont work , go back down there and tell them what happened, and ask them to give you another card, and tell the person helping you that you would like another pin # , that should do it!
Thats because you did not report that you lost your card and your pin won't work on your new one. You have to tell them everything or they might think fraud.
There is a number on the back of your card to reset a pin if that was the problem, if not you can visit the office m-f 2 pm -4 pm for card issued there is also a number to call to check balance as well. Try again sometimes they just give false not approved.
