They won't let you book an appointment online. You can submit an online request for an appointment but they'll just call you to schedule anyway. I have requested several times that they email me to schedule, as I can't make or receive phone calls during business hours due to my job, and all I get are voicemails back saying I have to call during business hours.
Really it is best to call, the staff is very pleasant and Dr. Michael's will answer your questions without rushing you or ignoring you. Most appointments are on time not like some doctors who overbook and could care less about you.
There is a contact page, but they have to get back to you. However, I would not recommend it's because they did not call me back for 10 days. Just call the phone number and get appointment that way
