No. The Costco on MLK is now a business center, still they don't carry a lot of the fresh groceries. There are at least 4 other regular Costcos in the valley which carry the full range of fresh products.

There is 4 in Las Vegas vicinity. 1-Costco business Center on Martin Luther King Blvd. Open m-f 7am to 6pm. Saturday 7am-4pm. Closed Sunday's. 2-Summerlin off of Charleston Blvd. 3-Henderson, off galleria. 4-Centennial, off 215.
