I've seen molasses move faster in the dead of winter. 3 people in front of me and I've been here 20 minites. Now 1 person in front of me. Only 1 bank teller for the first day of the month. NO bueno!!

I went into this bank Friday April 8,22 @ 3:30pm the teller MONSA took great pride on making up her own rules refusing to cash a check. I told her the ck of $8,000. was a gift. Based on Monsa couldn't get account owner on the phone she denied cashing. If she took the time to look at account, I am the POA. My experience with the employees of this bank is a nightmare, read reviews from all the NV state Banks. Worst banking in Nevada once they have your money it's BLOCKED from anyone except the management taking it one day.
