Business has restaurant equipment and is geared toward small business needs regardless of the small business.
The easiest way to explain the difference, warehouse is geared towards business, other Costco's geared towards home buyers.
Products available are different at business location, although they do carry some similar items. Geared toward small businesses: appliances, bulk food, etc. Meat dept at business center carries very large bulk amount of meat only. Health and beauty section is very limited. Business center also Does not have a Costco cafe where u can buy pizza etc. Instead they have a printing area. Great pricing for bulk print jobs. Also typically less busy than traditional costco stores.

Countless differences. Different products, more commercial appliances, even more food serving choices. Too many variances to mention. By going in to either the business location or a consumer location, with or without a membership, Costco will allow you to visit, walk through, just by showing your ID. If you choose to join that day you simply pay the annual fee, get your card, and go shopping. Easy to compare yourself, if you're interested.
Business have bigger size items and less home products...mostly for businesses
Lots of bulk item individually wrapped for resale or lunches.
Not sure, but i think the business ones have even bulkiet or groups of items together. And then certain things might be sold in the business one than in the regular one. Not 100% sure though.
