No this is a business center, this means it doesn't have a food court. Other things it doesn't have that a traditional Costco might include toys and clothes.
Do they allow small dogs in the store?
No it doesn't, you can see where it was but it's now floor space
Some business center have food court, unfortunately this location does not, this costco is geared more towards restaurant owners/caterers.
