Will there are plenty of trash cans at this park for people to put their butts out and throw them away in. What those people are doing is just flat out littering which I hate but people who litter will continue to litter because that's just the type of person they are. Smokers shouldn't be punished for people being litter bugs. Anyway, I hope this helps.

Yes it is , but people will do what them want to. Just like people won't pick up their dog poop in the dog parks and thought out the rest of the park
