I have been seeing Jeaniene Talley now since Covid I had a massage that gave me a pince nerve leaving me with my left arm in pain and numb and went and got X-rays the first X-rays I had done were not the right ones so I went in to get the correct one taking time off work and paying again, which has now been over 2 weeks I have been calling her office to get my results since I am still in pain and still numb as of today Dr Talley has still not called to provide me with my results. I feel like she does not care about her patients obviously. And when I go in to see her I am left in the waiting room for over an hour 🤦🏻‍♀️ I give up looking for a new doctor.

I am a new patient of Dr. Talley (june 2022) Took me a while to pick for a new doctor in the area so I did my research for her good credentials and schooling. Dr. Talley is great and seems to listen well to her patients. The only negative side I can think off is it took me a while to finally get in for an appointment to see her. My whole family goes to her now.

I never felt the need to post a bad review but there's a first time for everything. It's very hard for me to refer to this 'doctor' as a Doctor so I will refer to her as Jeaniene Talley. I can't make this long story short.... Recently my step-dad passed away so my husband and I moved my mom from Michigan to Vegas with us to be properly cared for. After getting her insurance transferred to this state, I searched and found Jeaniene Talley. So far my mom has had two office visits there. Each time there was a copay of around $40. That was no problem. If it had to be paid, we paid it . In Michigan it was discovered my mom has a small tumor on her brain which she was told it is Benign (not cancerous) however it is to be checked each year making sure there is no growth and does not become Malignant (cancerous) I brought this to Jeaniene Talley's attention explained to her that my mom gets dizzy a lot and has to sit down each time it happens. I asked Jeaniene Talley if she could send a referral for my mom to have a MRI to see if there has been any change to the tumor. We finally got in after two months for the MRI ( the timing was not Jeaniene Talley's fault) the place that does the MRI's were totally booked almost two months out. Finally after the wait, the results came in and we set an appointment for Jeaniene Talley to go over the results. I received a call from Jeaniene Talley's office, the office visit was charged from in office to a phone appointment. 3 days before the appointment I recieved a call from Jeaniene Talley's office saying that somehow there was a miscalculation balance owed (I guess a mistake from their billing department) of $70 and that had to be paid with the $40 co pay next visit. Where this amount popped up from was puzzling to me. I called my mom's insurance (blue cross through Medicare) to get a better explanation of this charge. They couldn't find anything on their end so they called Jeaniene Talley's office in which they gave blue cross a phone number to their billing department to get an explanation of this charge. Both blue cross and myself tried calling multiple times but could never get through to the person. On the day of my mom's phone appointment I recieved a call thinking it was time for my mom to get on the phone. I was told that the $70 and $40 co-pay had to be paid before Jeaniene Talley will start my mom's phone appointment. I explained that we weren't able to speak with billing to understand where this charge came from plus we did not have the extra money at that time to pay this being it was mentioned only three days prior. I explained we were prepared to pay the $40 copay as usual and if the $70 is still owed after we find out what the miscalculation was we would certainly pay it on the 25th which is when my mom recieves her Social Security each month. This was not acceptable for Jeaniene Talley. I explained once again all we had at the time was the $40 co pay. The young lady whom I was speaking with put me on hold again. When she returned she said Jeaniene Talley stated we needed to speak with billing first about the $70 charge befor she came on the phone with my mom to gover over her MRI results. I explained we tried multiple times and could not get through. The young lady put me on hold again only returning to say if that amount was not paid Jeaniene Talley would not get on the scheduled phone appointment with my mom. My exact words were 'you've got to be kidding me! you mean to tell me that Jeaniene Talley will NOT give my mom her MRI results because of $70 that was a miscalculation form that end which was brought to us 3 days ago??!!' The young lady once again put me on hold then returning to say Jeaniene Talley said she could mail us the result but it would be more understandable to us having the Doctor go over it with us explaining it in detail. I can't believe a Doctor who claims to care for patients could be so petty & uncaring. Never again Jeaniene Talley! With all being said, Brandon who is the Nurse there is very professional & pleasent.

If I could give this women, an African American women at that and her predominantly black and brown staff a zero I would. It took me a long time to write this post as I was severely traumatized!!! I was so happy to be going to her; my dreams were dashed! I now go to A loving caring Physician! I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my entire life and I’m well over 40! I pray her mentality, attitude and dogmatic practices change. You never want to treat people of color so poorly when they are coming to you for a different experience. Sad prayers to those who cross paths with this horrible place!🙏🏾
