I know they recycle the trees over at seastrand Park
Im not sure if Craig Ranch does,.. But i know CSN Community College on Cheyenne does. Im actually heading over to Craig Ranch this Saturday,.. I will update you. (Sat. 12/28/2019)

Usually they do have a tree recycling thing going on this time of year! Though I have not been past to confirm it for this year, yet.
