I’m an employee at the pool. The Dog Days event is every year after the outdoor pool closes. This year (2018) the event will take place September 5th from 8-11 am.
They have a Dog Daze event at the end of every summer where 100 dogs are allowed to play in the outdoor pool before they drain it. It is usually very cheap, $5 or $10, and you have to bring proof of your dog's vaccines. Unfortunately, the event has already happened this year. But look for it next year in September!

Not generally, but in Sept. they have a special 'dog' day when the dogs can swim.

Not the pool. It is a competition pool and is often used by schools and clubs for meets. Across the street, though, there ous a nice doing park with separate enclosures for big and small dogs.
