Would highly recommend this place scared is awesome and it's gated. They just don't let anybody in there which is awesome willing to negotiate. If you can't afford to pay rent at that point in time would highly recommend this place.

No you can not
I agree with you, I had my storage for many years and it was extremely expensive, they have a promotion but in the long run. It was not worth it.I don't recommend it.
Couldn't help you in that and hard to find someone at location to even try to help you.
Public storage is a little high priced. Check around the area and you will save 15 to 20% monthly.
