My daughter lost her rec. I.d. card. Why was she told she can only stay 10 min. then she has to leave or wait outside? Why wasn't she allowed to sign in? Or at least offered a new card or call mom/dad?

I don't know for certain, but I believe that if an id card is lost that they need to purchase a new one.

Call Parks and Recreation Main Office Henderson and send a letter to the City Manager and Mayor. I know that it may be a hassle but a minor should not have to wait outside. The least that could have been done was to check
