Our son goes to his Trail Life USA meetings outback at the camping sites and fire pits; this Rec center has indoor facilities, outdoor pools and jungle gyms for kids, as well as a staged camping site and fire pits for general use. Very exceptional facility.

Yes, but I think COH requires you to schedule to insure social distancing.
The rec center? It's open for certain things. The pool and fitness centers you have to reserve online I believe. I could be wrong though.
