The manger on Friday night at 8pm at the grand buffet was the most rude person and I was over charged and she made it my fault why I didn’t get my employee discount, the food was cold and nasty def not worth the price....

I agree, my experience was not great. Love the hotel but my experience at the buffet was lacking. Overpriced and the food was substandard

The buffet is not worth eating at and the people are very rude. Eat at McDonald's
