I’m going to Vegas on Monday. I heard that there’s a wristband for this buffet all day is this true? And if so does it mean it includes breakfast, brunch and dinner?

24 hour pass so however many times you want within 24 hours.I dont remember if that does,or does not include Luxor buffet. Caesar's also has "The buffet of buffets" pass where you have 24 hours at any of Caesar's buffets.
