Neither is a good way to stay ckean. Try staying at cat the entire program anf youll leave feeling alot better
I dont think they offer methadone at CAT.....but you could try the vivitrol shot, which requires you to be clean for 10 days before u can get the shot. You can go to the detox program at CAT an after 10 days get the shot. They keep you comfortable during detox. Alot of people don't even have bad withdrawals because they medicate you. I wouldn't go the methadone route, just my opinion. Methadone is harder to get off of and the withdrawals are horrific! Did you try just taking a tiny piece of suboxone? Like 2 mg at a time?
