People are not allowed to sell their sites. It's not like that at Southwoods at all. You're leasing the site on a seasonal basis. Once that site is vacated, the owners of the campground select the new seasonals based on a very long waiting list. To my understanding the only exclusion to that is a site that has a park model on it that was their before the rules were set into place. Then if that owner was to sell the park model, then the new owner of course would be able to become a seasonal resident. I personally am not aware of any such places remaining under this "grandfather" clause. Of course understand the owners of Southwoods RV Resort retain all rights of their own property so of course they can do whatever they want. 😁
How much is a seasonal fee?
I believe you can only rent a site by the day week month or season .
David has the correct answer, although I believe that the park model would only be grandfathered in if the owner was selling it and planned to leave the campground. Some seasonal residents sell their park model to upgrade to a new unit
You should verify the parks rules on permanent sites, since there is a considerable waiting list.
