That place has roaches the workers are careless and if you do go never do drive thru go in and ask for everything to be made fresh the food sits in a warmer and the are always serving hours old food i use to work there i can tell you some things

Ive never seen any bugs but the 2nd shift dt is horrible! The food and especially the workers.

I'm a former employee and the manager and employees are very customer friendly and do a great job. If there were roaches believe me Brian Kilroy the owner would take care of them so I know there isnt roaches that restaurant is very clean. My advice to you is to not go there. SORRY BUT NOT SORRY.

I went there today,ate at a booth and a roach was climbing up the opposite seat. I kid you not. DON'T GO THERE PERIOD...

I haven't been in years but when I use to go I would past by the Westwood McDonald's and go out there to get my food...Also to the one in Walnut Hills..But mostly McDonalds In Surry Square Montgomery Road they would cook my food fresh for me and were very nice to me all the time..I never saw roaches in there...But call The Corporate Office If you have problems...But years ago when I called corporate office because the manager wouldn't cook my food fresh McDonald's sent me a card like it was my fault...It was wierd... Then I saw all the African American Commercials that was hurtful ... I'm hoping they are handling complaints more better now...But they tore down that McDonald's Thank GOD on Beekman... I couldn't even eat that day I was sick and disabled and had paid someone $10 to bring me there on Beekman.
