Little kiddie floats are okay to bring, but adult floats like to layout on you might as well not bother. There isn't even room for u to layout on one if u wanted. They do have a section for adults and kids to go through on inner tubes that's nice :)

I don't think so, you have to use theirs.
They have a rack full of all size life vests and puddle jumpers, they are free to use for anyone paying admission.
