There is a bunch of neighborhood cats by my house. If I catch them and bring them there will they spay or neuter them and then release them???

I'm not sure about if you catch them, but I think yes, back in your area and they will snip an ear for easy ID.

Yes they will fix them and bring them back to your neighborhood if you go to their website and look under services it will say strays and it talks about community cats I hope this answers your question
