My neighbors dog jumped the fence & attacked my dog.They have a large boxer & admitted that they had to have a 10 ft privacy fence at their old house because he jumps fences.Do I have any options? I'm concerned about the safety of my dogs& my kids.

Personally, I'd file a police report about the attack & have the officers address your concerns.

Yes, you need an official report on the incident. The owner of the dog is responsible for keeping the dog restrained, especially since they have admitted there's been a problem in the past
