It's 50 50 with my experience . One time the person cannot help? Next time I get the nicest most knowledgeable person.

I'm with you. I have had incredibly bad customer service from that Lowe's as well. We ordered a vanity sink online and they confirmed the order with an estimated delivery date. When I called past the date, they said it had been back ordered, but no notification was given. We also ordered a door to be installed and the installer never called to schedule a time to call and set up an appt. measure the door. It wasn't until I called Lowe's to fine d out what happened to discover they were not tracking at all if things were progressing properly and it took another week before another contractor called to come out and measure the door. I also had to go back to Lowe's twice to buy the door because they wouldn't sell it to me until the door was measured. I ended up ordering the door I had originally wanted to order, but had to go back twice to do it. It's been three weeks since I originally placed the order and the door is not installed yet! It's amazing how inept the service is there.
...yes it was one time(this time), but the problem is that no one seemed to want to put forth any effort to help, except the little girl st customer service who did try to look up part and see if they still carried it, so a "thank you" to her. Now, beforehand, I had asked several employees on the floor all, not a few, but all of them just referred me away so that they could continue their conversations(from what I could hear, none were work related). This is the truth, not adding or taking away from the story. Then at checkout is asked 3 different ladies who were standing out in the checkout isles for help and all 3 were very quick to send me down to customer service (which I might add wad only about 10-12 feet away-within hearing distance of our conversation). As I proceeded to customer service 3 other male employees very quickly made their way from out behind the customer service area and took off in different directions away from me and towards the other areas of the store..
