I think it would be awesome if there brought up the old waltz bbq and that whole parking lot and put a club house and add a swimming to these condo's.

Yeah good luck with that. 20 years ago there was suppose to be a swimming pool and more condos. Also more amenities. But the neighborhood and condos have gone down along with property values

Yeah I was thinking it would bring the property values up with having a gym and and swimming pool and that would also put more jobs at there yeah that parking lot where bbq waltz is it's just been sitting there empty there would also give the kids something to do plus there would be more parking spaces yeah I am just throwing these ideas out there
