Do you have medical staff on hand 24/7? What are the different levels of care? Iwas told everything cost extra every time someone needed help with dressing or maid service. Is this true or is it all included in rent? Thanks!

Hi, Judy - we do have medical staff on site 24/7. Mallard Cove is unique in that we do not have levels of care. We offer an all-inclusive pricing structure where care is built into the price. Our all-inclusive pricing structure includes scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry services, three nutritious meals a day plus snacks and drinks in between, and any care that a loved on may need (i.e., dressing assistance, restroom assistance, showering assistance, medication administration/management, escorting, etc.).
