Yes, usually cost 10 to 13 dollars. If you just ask a truck driver if they give you ine from their driver card I'm sure they would. Most drivers have multiple shower credits and would surely let you have one.

I checked before a trip last summer. You can use them, anyone can.

You pay for the use of the shower so I dont see why there would be any issue.
