Why is it parking permit in front of the basketball court? People that live on 13th street already don’t have parking and yet it’s a parking permit on the street.

It's for food trucks parking only....do you live down there? One of the residents stated the park in the gates located to the right. They managed to make sure there was an catering area for upcoming events because the city owns everything else on the streets around it.

I'd call and file a complaint if I were you.

I have no idea. I thought it was regular street parking. I know there is a parking lot above the pool area but it cost five dollars.
