One of my favorite nature preserves around Cincinnati. Beautiful trails and views.

You're very welcome!
The home on the land was built by Andrew H. Withrow and his wife Adelaine Edwards Withrow in 1937. They long planned that their home and lands would eventually become a nature preserve for all to enjoy. After Mr. Withrow's untimely death in 1964, Mrs. Withrow and Mr. Eugene Farny married and lived happily here until November 1980 when, in accordance with the plans made many years before, Mrs. Farny turned over the property to the care of the Hamilton County Park District (now Great Parks of Hamilton County).
Hi Chris! The 1.6-mile Trout Lily Trail at Withrow Nature Preserve is a nature trail, so it isn't paved; it's moderately flat. There is a meadow that's interspersed throughout the trail, where wildflowers can be seen while hiking. Visit greatparks.org/parks/withrow-nature-preserve for a map or contact our guest relations office at 513-521-7275 for more information.
Sorry not at Withrow Nature Preserve, trail walking, running and observing nature. This area has a large house and an outdoor area for music and many weddings spring, summer and earl fall.
