Be sure to tell driver
They will get you safely where you're going but time doesn't exist for greyhound. They don't care if your 2hr layover turns into 24hrs. Leave 2 days earlier and TAKE YOUR FOOD WITH YOU. Often they won't give you a chance to buy it or everything is closed including food service at the stations. Or just fly if it's far and you have to be on time.
I travel quite often I had to ride from Cleveland to Cincinnati in a bus with no air conditioning I had a layover in Columbus was supposed to be 3 hours it went from 2:10 p.m. till 11:30 p.m. because the Greyhound bus broke down and nobody knew where it was but those are the only two problems I've had you kind of take your chance if you ride with them but I'm still going to use them if I have to so it's your decision if you get on a Barons bus chances are that will be a good bus they drive for the Greyhound lines so you might get either a Greyhound bus or a Barons bus you take your chance.
I have traveled frequently and have not had any serious issues
No problems for me, it was safe and clean.
