Do they ever sit you and not even offer coffee? Waited 15 minutes with my family, no one came. It wasn't like the place was busy. I noticed the owner wasn't there. Went to Friendys instead.

It was very crowded when I went and they seated and attended us almost immediately. I'm sorry your experience was poor.
