After running around to kids events all evening we decided no one wanted to cook we stopped in to get everyone fed. Ordered a few apps and kids meals entrees and even hung around for some desserts. Food was good what you’d expect from diner type restaurant. Our server however went above and beyond we do have the needy group multiple sauces, refills menu suggestions and lots and lots of napkins we are pains but our server Colleen never batted an eye she took care of every request with a smile on her face. Customer Service post Covid has been non existent but she definitely sets the bar and we will absolutely be back to see her and will continue to share our experience with others because sadly the wonderful service we received is no longer a common occurrence. Thank you Colleen for being there for this frazzled family and the end of our busy day.

Even before the pandemic, friendly’s service has always been extremely slow. The food quality has never really differed, but the wait staff has gotten worse and worse. They’re more rude (not the two older women who have been there for years, they’re always polite). The worst is the ice cream area. Anytime I go to order ice cream I either get talked down to or get the wrong order. Long story short, if you don’t care about the staff, the food is worth it. Especially the ice cream. The restaurant is relatively clean and neat, the bathrooms are usually decent, and the prices are more than fair. This location is just not that great.

I had a great time. This isn't a fancy place. It's not meant to be. Ultimately their focus is on a family dinner experience. My son was happy. He's a wild boy and even though he was a handful nothing phased the waitress. Is it the best ice cream in the world? No, but it's good. Is it the best food in the world? No, but it tastes fine. Ultimately you go to Friendly's because they will accommodate for your wild children.

Waited in line for 20 mins to get name on the list to be seated, then had to wait another 20-30 mins to get seated cause the place was more worried about online orders than the customers in the restaurant and they were t busy at all . I understand that they have b.s Covid rules to abide but they were empty in restaurant itself literally 6 tables seated with a 30-40 table capacity. This place used to be great but sadly the employees here now don’t care about people and it shows by their mannerisms . The waitress once seated wasn’t bad but she was obviously agitated cause she was only really doing her job while the teenage employees were to busy talking and not doing their jobs . Won’t be back again below is a pic of the table next to us that stayed filthy our entire stay while people were waiting to be seated.
