My car was in an accident on 07/17, full coverage insurance with Clearcover. Claim filed on 07/18. As of 08/16 my claim is still in Review stage - Clearcover still decides whether they will pay or not. I've been without a car for a month, Clearcover towed it to their lot and keeps it there. I prepaid in full a 6 months policy. Claims are handled by Littleton Group, which refuse to provide any timeline or deadline on when the Review stage will be completed. For last 9 days all calls to adjustor are routed to voicemail, no call back. Calling Clearcover support doesn't help, they just route you to Littleton Group adjustor. DO NOT buy insurance here. I have a very inexpensive car, less than $10k market value. So if they made my claim experience this difficult, you can imagine how much runaround you will get if you'll insure a more valuable vehicle with them.
Absolutely, i have had nothing but exceptional service. Clearcover has been on it when i filled a claimed. The reps are super friendly especially Ms. Dinora. She has been amazing, efficient, communicative, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience so far has been a good one...thank you
Depends on what you mean by trust? Trust it's cheap most likely at first trust everything is unclear and you may not be covered absolutely. Would not recommend to any one ever!
Absolutely not this company is not forthcoming at ALL and there tactic is to Delay ,Deny and Defend hoping the consumer in return will lose patience and give up my claim I had with them was less than $4,000 and the use an erroneous excuse has to why they denied the claim after waiting form the middle of July till they decided not to pay it was the middle of November no other vehicles involved no one was injured any of that it should have been cut and dry but it wasn't they prey on the less fortunate. Please anyone but this company.
