Where do I pick up assistance to walk to the plane?

Ask for a wheelchair when you check in and they will get one for you

When you check in mention to them you need assistance also when you purchase your flight ticket you have the option to ask for assistance

If you check bags, the sky cap will call for you. United has a corral space where you wait for your ride at O'Hare

Because they have nice costumer service and anytime you need help there are nice
