Can you apply online or just in person on Wednesday's? What things are more likely to gain you acceptance into the apprentice program?

With no electrical experience and without knowing any electricians I applied, took the test, and was accepted into the program.

You can only apply in person on Wednesdays between 9AM-11AM. Almost any type of construction experience is beneficial to getting into the Apprenticeship program but is not required. Military experience also helps.
