No dried herbs or herbal tea in bulk is sold there. Plenty of boxed hibiscus herbal tea. There is also elderberry syrup that is sold as a supplement.

I don't think they do. Golden Poppy Herbal Apothecary should definitely be able to help you though. They sell dried black elderberries for 2 dollars per half ounce and dried hibiscus flowers for a dollar fifty per half ounce. They have a brick and mortar store downtown as well as an online store that delivers.
They have a website, and it seems they do not sell them The reason i believe this is that on their website, the most credible item i found was a cheese platter.
