Updated The location is still a great location in regards to availability of product, but the customer service is really difficult. _______ The customer service was horrendous here which is SO SAD to say. My mom was trying to return an item that exploded on her and another that was manufacturer error and we were treated deplorable by both the power tripping parrot who kept repeating himself at the counter as well as by the power hungry brunette "manager." When you spend thousands of dollars in a location you expect a bit of leniency to not be made to feel frustrated & small at the cost of a power trip. And to treat a grown woman like this is sickening.

Specifically about the deli. The staff is always rude and acts like they are being bothered. This isn’t just one time. It is every time I am in there over the last year. They are rude. Then today I bought the $5 chicken meal. The chicken isn’t even edible. It is gross, over cooked and completely dried out. I don’t care to go back because the staff is so rude. Worst KS deli I have ever worked with.

Only self checkout open at 10 PM. Not only that, but the self-checkout has a problem, and with about every third item, it keeps saying to put the item in the bagging area, even though the item has already been put in the bagging area. Very annoying, and I resent having to do the work of their employees, with not even a discount. Also, the store isn't looking so good anymore, because they ripped up the nice tile floor, leaving the ugly pockmarked, polished concrete. It makes the store look darker and gloomy.
