I look up the items that I want on their website and print it out. They have to honor the printed price.
Not surprised. Its happened to me. You just have to call them out on it. Sometimes they'll give you the price you paid previously, sometimes they just tell you prices have gone up. One of the reasons I've stopped going there.
The owner (Mike) doesn't post any prices, you rarely get an item by price receipt (in the several times I've been there I got half of a receipt once that shows item and price charged), and the owner seems to charge prices based on his character that day I guess. I noticed a big price difference on around 200 dollars of items a few months before but couldn't really check since the CC receipt didn't show items / price, just a total. The next time I went there I asked for a price on something and Mike the owner spazzed like I was trying to rip him off or haggle. I never haggle, even in the market, I was asking a price, mainly because the item was on sale at Wegmans and I wanted to compare. I originally thought the guy was funny but after several visits he appears pretty erratic, negative, and his workers look like people coming back from a combat zone after a year of day in day out contact.
