Can I ask why I have been waiting on someone to help me with a buying a table pattio .only for someone say this only one we have and one employee that's not his job to find out

That has NEVER happened to me. Everyone I've asked for help either help me or call and find the answer or someone else that can. I would ask for the manager and report that person.
