Peak hours are from 6am to 11pm. Honestly, it is a very busy place but the wait is usually less than 15 minutes from the take out window. Just keep an eye on the tables. There are also tables on the inside, left of the take out window that people forget about. Have you tried an early morning run? Grab some beignets and head over to the river side to watch the sunrise..

It stays pretty busy. We went during the evening and the place was packed. You basically have to wait for a seat to open up and grab it.

Not sure about peak hours, but at 9 am there were hundreds of people in line. We visited at 730 am, and there were maybe 30 patrons and service was very fast.

Typically from ~10am to 1pm although during the weekends it could get busy later at night after people have been drinking. (~10pm to midnight)
