World spay/neuter day is feb. 26th. The Clinton county SPCA will be offering vouchers for residents for $25.00 off at participating vets. The animal medical center is one. The vouchers expire June 30th.
You would have to call and just ask the general question. You can get vouchers from the SPCA to help with the cost. I personally don't know because I don't have cats. Sorry.
