Legally yes you can. However, being so young, i don't know if he/she is going to sit through it. And with it being rated R, i personally wouldn't bring them.
Yeah you can, but why? I hope you mean 15 year old. And not month because it's going to be loud and that baby isn't going to sit or sleep through that.
