Actually whether they make an announcement about it or not they are responsible because it is there job to keep the rink safe and the children safe....it doesnt matter what is posted or what u sign make sure when u walk in u see the maximum occupancy certification.....therefore this makes them responsible if they r over the limit and/or they dont have a occupancy certification.....im a truck driver and a paralegal.....but most importantly a paralegal first for my kids and family
