The staff at Ethos in Wilkes Barre are incredible. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They all also all have great personalities, I always look forward to going, if I needed a job I would probably apply there because they all seem to enjoy the job and they all get along well. My favorite dispensary hands down!!

You call them on the phone. Explain the problem they will give you the contact info for that specific brands company. You then forward all the info and pics to the company who will process a refund with ethos and once it's approved you go in for your money back. Typically they tell you just to trash the product. But I would call first.
