Me either. Never any problems. I have warrantied the master cylinder for my bug 3 times, alternator once. My truck starter once. Never get a question about what's even wrong with them. Their warranty is in the computer by your phone number so keep that up to date. Maybe you need to go to another store.
They didn't have any problem replacing an alternator that I had purchased w years prior with a lifetime warranty
