Hi Lex, Yes call the town, my experience is that lots of parks in wny are not very busy during weekdays and nobody pays attention to who is or isnt in shelter. If planning outing on weekend you might need to reserve shelter. Also dont forget that ride and arcade area fir kids, lots of fun
