What is a wishbone? I saw Randy on here referring to it as the name of a piece of chicken. I have never heard of anyone ordering "a wishbone" I thought that was something yoy sometimes found in a breast deoending how it is cut.

The wishbone is a cut of white meat, which includes the 'wishbone'. In my opinion, it is the best, and I order it every time. They run out, so get there early.

It's the front cut off of the breast.
