Can an iPhone 5c be repaired by them if the screen turns colors and changes color so fast that I can’t put in the password?

Yes they can. They replace the entire assembly. LCD and all.

They fixed mine when i broke the screen and you couldn't see anything. Had my phone back in a couple hours
