If I am correct, smoking is permitted only outside of the gated area. Temple Live is in part of Ft. Smith Arkansas' historical area. Many pedestrians, Garrison Ave partiers, families going into nearby restaurants and eateries. It's a spectacular environment. Beautiful facility!
