Roads arent closed for concerts. Yes you can uber or taxi to the place. Awesome place to watch a concert.

Theater seating very comfortable

In the orchestra pit? No. There are no seats. It also depends on the show but I don't know that they put chairs in the pit. I've never seen any there. Of course rock shows are all over ever seen there. I would imagine for a comedy shows or country artist, yes, they're would be chairs. Check with the venue,

I don't think so. I was there last month and they had a sign posted outside of the main theater that said "Rock at your own risk" that listed their covid prevention policy.
