You can get messages to your Dr two ways. 1) Call the main number and an automated system will get you connected to your Dr's receptionist who can help you leave a message for your Dr. 2) you can email your doctor by creating a patient account at the clinic. You can also schedule appointments, get prescription refills and get other info through this account. To set up an account, ask your doctor's receptionist for an activation code.

I was going to mention the online portal but they did that lol. I did have issues with my edu address though so I always recommend a Gmail instead. Calling is always the most reliable though albeit not always the most convenient.
